Jackie and Merav invite you on a journey of sensing, feeling, thinking and moving – exploring the new possibilities which arise as we pay close attention to our moving selves, others and the space around us.
Our tools will be the subtly powerful lessons of the Feldenkrais Method® along with improvisational dance structures.
No specific experience is necessary – just a willingness to explore.
