Awareness Through Movement® classes offer a refreshing approach to ourselves, to movement, to exercise, to our perception of ourselves and of the environment around us.
My classes are available on zoom and are open to anyone.
It is an offering to take this time to feel more calm, grounded and connected while improving movement ability, developing awareness and immersing in our own sweet body world.
